Article 6
Terms, conditions and restrictions concerning the provision of aids

1. In order for investments and/or equipment leasing programs or business plans to be eligible for the aids of these presents, they should exceed a minimum amount.
The minimum amount required each time, shall be determined as follows:
a. For investments and/or equipment leasing pro-grams concerning the establishment or expansion of craft industry plants of small and medium sized enter-prises under instance (a), para. 1, article 3, forty-five million (45,000,000) drachmas, except those imple-mented in the islands of North and South Aegean sea, the Sporades, the island of Thassos and Samothraki, for which the minimum amount shall be set at twenty-five million (25,000,000) drachmas.
For modernisation investments of the above units, ten million (10,000,000) drachmas.
b. For investments and other expenditures of manu-facturing enterprises defined in sub-instance (xvii), of instance (a), of para. 1, article 3, twenty-five million (25,000,000) drachmas.
c. For investments and other expenditures of manu-facturing enterprises defined in sub-instances (xviii), (xix) and (xx), of instance (a), of para. 1, article 3, fifty million (50,000,000) drachmas. For investments con-cerning the establishment of craft industry and indus-trial units for the ecological dismantling of products, under instance (a), of para. 1, article 3, two hundred and fifty million (250,000,000) drachmas.
d. For investments and/or equipment leasing pro-grams concerning the establishment of facilities of the tourist undertakings under instance (t), of para. 1, arti-cle 3, two hundred and fifty million (250,000,000) drachmas, except those implemented in area D, for which the minimum amount shall be set at one hun-dred and fifty million (150,000,000) drachmas.
For investments and/or equipment leasing programs concerning the expansion of the above units one hun-dred and fifty million (150,000,000) drachmas, except those implemented in area D, for which the minimum amount shall be set at one hundred million (100,000,000) drachmas.
For investments and/or equipment leasing programs concerning the modernisation of the above units, in-cluding the complete modernisation of hotel facilities, fifty million (50,000,000) drachmas. Especially for in-vestments and/or equipment leasing programs con-cerning the complete modernisation of hotel facilities of a capacity lower than 50 beds the minimum amount shall be set at twenty-five million (25,000,000) drach-mas.
e. For investments and/or equipment leasing pro-grams concerning the repair, restoration and conver-sion of traditional or listed buildings into hotel facilities under instance (t), of para. 1, article 3, twenty-five mil-lion (25,000,000) drachmas, except those imple-mented by undertakings of O.T.A. or prefectural local authorities, for which the minimum amount shall be set at fifteen million (15,000,000) drachmas.
For investments and/or equipment leasing programs concerning the complete modernisation of camping facilities, twenty-five million (25,000,000) drachmas.
f. For investments and/or equipment leasing pro-grams concerning the establishment or expansion of farming, livestock and fish-farming undertakings under instance (i), of para. 1, article 3, thirty million (30,000,000) drachmas. For investments and/or equipment leasing programs concerning the moderni-sation of the above undertakings, ten million (10,000,000) drachmas.
g. For investments and/or equipment leasing pro-grams concerning the establishment or expansion of facilities of undertakings standardising, packaging and/or preserving agricultural, livestock or fishery products, under instance (h), of para. 1, article 3, thirty million (30,000,000) drachmas. For investments and/or equipment leasing programs concerning the modernisation of the above units, ten million (10,000,000) drachmas.
h. For investments and/or equipment leasing pro-grams of agricultural or agro-industrial co-operatives under instance (j), of para. 1, article 3, thirty million (30,000,000) drachmas.
i. For investments and/or equipment leasing pro-grams concerning the establishment or expansion of biomass producing plants under instance (b), of para. 1, article 3, thirty million (30,000,000) drachmas. For investments and/or equipment leasing programs con-cerning the modernisation of the above plants, ten mil-lion (10,000,000) drachmas.
j. For investments and/or equipment leasing pro-grams concerning the establishment or expansion of laboratories of applied research and industrial designs under instance (c), of para. 1, article 3, undertakings providing of state-of-the-art technological services un-der instance (d), of para. 1, article 3, as well as soft-ware development undertakings under instance (e), of para. 1, article 3, fifteen million (15,000,000) drach-mas. For investments and/or equipment leasing pro-grams concerning the modernisation of the above un-dertakings, five million (5,000,000) drachmas.
k. For investments concerning the establishment of laboratories providing quality services, under instance (f), of para. 1, article 3, two hundred and fifty million (250,000,000) drachmas. For investments concerning the expansion of such laboratories, fifty million (50,000,000) drachmas.
l. For integrated business plans of the industrial and mining undertakings under sub-instance (xv), of in-stance (a), of para. 1, article 3, and under sub-instance (xii), of instance (g), of para. 1 of the same article, one billion (1,000,000,000) drachmas.
m. For integrated business plans concerning the rescue and restructuring of industrial undertakings, under sub-instance (xvi), of instance (a), of para. 1, ar-ticle 3, two billion (2,000,000,000) drachmas.
n. For integrated business plans of software devel-opment undertakings under instance (e), of para. 1, article 3, five hundred million (500,000,000) drach-mas.
o. For investments under sub-instance (i) of com-mercial undertakings under instance (r), of para. 1, ar-ticle 3, sixty million (60,000,000) drachmas, and for the investments under sub-instance (ii) jointly imple-mented by at least five (5) commercial undertakings, five hundred million (500,000,000) drachmas.
p. For investments and/or equipment leasing pro-grams of international trade companies under in-stance (q), of para. 1, article 3, one hundred million (100,000,000) drachmas.
q. For investments and/or equipment leasing pro-grams concerning the establishment or expansion of facilities of other categories of undertakings of article 3, para. 1, sixty million (60,000,000) drachmas
r. For investments concerning the modernisation of engineering companies under instance (v), of para. 1, article 3, fifty million (50,000,000) drachmas.
s. For investments and/or equipment leasing pro-grams concerning the modernisation of units of other categories of undertakings under article 3, paragraph 1, ten million (10,000,000) drachmas.
t. For investments of undertakings under instances (a) and (b), of para. 2, article 3, implemented abroad, the minimum and maximum amount of the granted in-vestment, shall be determined by virtue of decision of the Minister of National Economy provided for in para-graph 2, article 4.
u. For investments of the undertakings under in-stance (w), of para. 1, article 3, twenty-five million (25,000,000) drachmas.
By virtue of decisions of the Minister of National Economy, with regard to the provision of: i) the grant and interest subsidy, ii) the leasing subsidy, the mini-mum amounts specified in this paragraph for each case may be readjusted, and a different minimum amount may be set for certain branches of financial activities or areas demonstrating special problems.
